Privacy policy

Article 1: Preamble

The site ensures that the User's personal data is collected and processed in compliance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

Other personal data is collected when you carry out the following operations on the platform:

  • Postal address (street number and name, postcode, town, country).

The data is kept by the data controller in reasonable conditions of security, for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was recorded.

The company may keep certain personal data beyond the above-mentioned periods in order to fulfil its legal or regulatory obligations.

Article 6: Conditions for amending the privacy policy

The publisher of the semide.net website reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time in order to ensure that users of the website are in compliance with current legislation.  

Any changes shall not affect purchases previously made on the site, which shall remain subject to the Policy in force at the time of purchase and as accepted by the user when validating the purchase.
