International Office for Water

The International Office for Water (OiEau) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing water management worldwide. Established in 1991, OiEau focuses on developing professional skills, providing technical support, and promoting sustainable water policies through training, capacity building, and international cooperation. By leveraging a network of experts and stakeholders, OiEau addresses crucial water-related challenges, fosters knowledge exchange, and implements innovative solutions to improve water governance and resource management across diverse regions and contexts.

Centre International de Hautes Etudes Agronomiques

The International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (CIHEAM) is an intergovernmental organization founded in 1962, comprising 13 member states. CIHEAM focuses on agricultural development, food security, and sustainable rural development in the Mediterranean region. Through education, research, and cooperation, CIHEAM addresses challenges such as climate change, resource management, and socio-economic development. It operates four institutes in Bari, Chania, Montpellier, and Zaragoza, providing specialized training and fostering regional collaboration.

ENI CBC MED

The ENI CBC Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme is the EU's largest Cross-Border Cooperation initiative in the Mediterranean. It promotes economic, social, and territorial cohesion by funding projects that address common challenges such as climate change, social inequality, and sustainable development. Covering 14 coastal territories, the program supports partnerships between public and private organizations, fostering innovation, competitiveness, and environmental sustainability to improve the quality of life for people across the region.

ERASMUS

Erasmus+ is a European Union program that supports education, training, youth, and sport across Europe. It aims to enhance skills and employability, and to modernize education, training, and youth work through opportunities for study, training, and experience abroad. Erasmus+ fosters international cooperation and helps participants gain valuable experiences, improve their skills, and increase their employability. It also supports educational projects, strategic partnerships, and policy reforms to build a more inclusive and cohesive European society.

Euro-Mediterranean Water Information System

The Euro-Mediterranean Water Information System (SEMIDE) is a collaborative initiative aimed at enhancing the exchange of information and best practices in water management across the Euro-Mediterranean region. SEMIDE facilitates cooperation between countries, supports capacity building, and promotes sustainable water management solutions. It serves as a platform for sharing technical expertise, research findings, and policy developments, contributing to improved water governance and resource management in the region.
